Shawdesh Desk: The police said that their bomb disposal unit had neutralised two bombs they recovered from Paltan and Khamarbari areas in the capital early Wednesday.
Maruf Hossain, deputy commissioner of Ramna division of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, confirmed the seizure and neutralisation of a bomb in Paltan area.
Tejgaon division deputy commissioner of police Anisur Rahman told New Age that the object found in Farmgate area was a powerful explosive. Later, Bomb Disposal unit of the police neutralised it.
‘A general diary was filed with the police in this connection. We are investigating into the matter,’ he said.
